Church Medical Assistance Program (cMAP)

Through the Church Medical Assistance Program, our Center helps your church provide urgent medical care for your uninsured members and neighbors.

The cMAP program works like this:
  1. Your congregation identifies someone in need of urgent medical care who has no health insurance.
  2. That person is given a cMAP card for medical care at a Center for Healing & Hope clinic.
  3. Your congregation agrees to pay for the cost of this visit, and for any lab work and medications prescribed at the time of service.
  4. A 2nd cMAP card authorizes a follow-up visit to ensure that the patient’s illness or injury has been fully addressed.

Ministry Partner congregations pay $20 for a visit, non-partners pay $50 (the full cost of a visit).
